    Please be patient at this busy time of year. Our Offices will be closed from 23rd December to 29th December. All orders will be processed after this time

    We offer Free delivery to all UK Customers!

    We deliver using only Royal Mail. All our parcels will be sent to you First Class.

    How long does it take you to print and dispatch my order?

    We aim to print and dispatch your order 1-3 working days during working hours Monday to Friday, however please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

    How much will you charge me for International delivery?

    The delivery costs for European orders is £5.99, United States and 'Rest of World' delivery charges are £7.99.

    European & Worldwide Delivery
Delivery to Western Europe is usually within 5 working days, Eastern European destinations takes up to 7 working days. Worlwide deliveries take between 5 and 7 working days. Because the airmail service is not signed for we cannot be liable for any lost packages. Deliveries to European and Worldwide countries are at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any package that does not reach it’s intended destination.

    What do I do if my goods have not arrived?

    Once we have dispatched your parcel it should arrive with you the following 1-3 working days. However, if you haven’t received your goods within 10 working days, please do contact us.

    What will happen if my item isn’t in stock?

    If your chosen garment is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.

    30 Day Returns Policy

    We offer an industry leading no quibbles 30 days money back return (excluding p&p) on all clothing. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. For sales to businesses, goods may only be returned if faulty or incorrectly supplied.

    Returns Instructions

    If you feel that you are eligible to make a return then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Returns Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt.

    We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable or if the item is not as described by us. Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund where the clotihng has been in contact with smoke, Pets or cCosmetics. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and from there you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us.

    Liability:

    The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service.

    Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped.

    How long does the return take?

    Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed.

    Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.

    International returns:

    If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
