SMB Ignite Customisation Acknowledgment
By placing an order for SMB Clothing, you acknowledge that these items are custom made garments, the customer acknowledges that these products are tailored specifically to their specifications and measurements. As such, they are considered final sale items.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of custom made garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and production has begun. This policy is in place to ensure the uniqueness and individuality of each piece.
3. Quality Assurance
We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Each custom garment is thoroughly inspected before shipment. If you receive a product that is defective or significantly deviates from the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential resolutions.
4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements and specifications at the time of order. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
We’re just as excited about your Hotfuel order as you are—but unlike those mega-corps with robots and teleportation devices, we hand-print everything to order. That means it might take a tiny bit longer, but it’s made with 100% more love (and possibly a bit of indie music in the background).
How Long Does It Take?
All our orders are hand-printed with care before they’re shipped out, which takes a little time:

Processing & printing: 2–5 working days

If you order before 2pm, we aim to get it out the door within 2 working days
As soon as it ships, we’ll send you a dispatch email—then it’s time to start pacing the hallway with anticipation.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once dispatched:

Delivery takes 3–4 working days

Please allow an extra 4 working days before getting in touch if your parcel hasn’t arrived—we know Royal Mail sometimes takes the scenic route
International Shipping
Yep—we ship worldwide!
